Architect (m/f/d) with Focus on Business Development in Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced architect to support our business development in Saudi Arabia.
Your tasks will include:
- establishing and maintaining business relationships in Saudi Arabia
- advising on local market conditions and business practices
- supporting in the acquisition and realization of projects
To support in the establishment of our new office in Riyadh, you will be primarily based in Riyadh and travel to our offices in Germany on a regular basis.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelors / Masters degree in architecture
- Several years of professional experience as an architect, preferably with projects in Saudi Arabia
- Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian construction industry and business practices and registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills and experience in working with international teams
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic, and ideally German
- Digital skills include working in 3D, CAD and with Adobe Creative Suite
- Interest in business development, contracts, and client relations
