Kerstin Bandekow studied architecture at RWTH Aachen. She then worked in Ireland before she joined gmp ∙ von Gerkan, Marg and Partners Architects in 2009. She was responsible for the overall refurbishment of Deutsche Bank, Frankfurt am Main, and the new administration building for Deutsche Rentenversicherung (Bund). She is currently working on the new Orafol factory buildings and the refurbishment of the Peter Behrens building in Berlin.
