Marek Nowak studied at RWTH Aachen University and joined gmp in 1994. His projects include several international sports buildings such as the RheinEnergieStadion in Cologne, the Century Lotus Sports Park Stadium in Foshan, the Olympic Stadium in Kiev, and the Śląski Stadium in Chorzów, Poland. Additionally, his portfolio encompasses the planning of a hall for Messe Düsseldorf and the design of the Trianel company headquarters in Aachen.
